It is possible for customers of Southern Express, Book Third Party Collections, Query Consignment History, and View POD’s all via our Customer Web Interface.
The Web Interface is password protected, meaning that you can access only the data that relates to your company.
To be able to use our Web Interface you need access to the internet and a valid username and password.
Obtaining a valid username and password is simple, just email us a list of users that require access to the site on your letterheaded paper to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information for each user:
Users Real Name
Users Email Address (this is where the username and password details will be sent)
Access Options Third Party Collections (Y/N)
Consignment History/POD’s (Y/N)
* Please be advised that if a member of staff leaves your employment you will have to notify us so that we can remove them from our user database. If this isn’t done then that user will still have access to information stored in our databases that relate to your company*
It is intended that over time more functionality will be added to the Web Utilities, for example it is intended that you will be able to enter consignments online and print labels etc. Details of new features will be posted on this website when they become available, so if you see a feature that you require that you can’t currently access then please notify us and we will activate it for you.
